These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitaee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the jitaee website, mobile site, and all associated services available at jitaee.com (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the jitaee platform — whether by visiting the website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. This acceptance is a precondition of platform access; continued use of jitaee constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

These Terms should be read alongside jitaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and jitaee. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

If you are accessing jitaee on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. jitaee reserves the right to require proof of such authority at any time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on jitaee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jitaee enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts identity verification (KYC) on all accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
• You are accessing jitaee as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register, nor have you previously been permanently excluded from jitaee.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jitaee or any of its affiliated gaming providers, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under applicable local laws.
• You are of sound mind and are not using jitaee under duress, impairment, or at the request of another party.

jitaee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladesh authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Where jitaee has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay activity paused, and the matter reviewed by the jitaee compliance team. If underage gambling is confirmed, any net winnings will be forfeited and deposits will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines. jitaee cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into underage gambling incidents.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the jitaee platform at any given time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering a jitaee account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. You must notify jitaee promptly if any of this information changes.

jitaee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. All players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. The verification process requires submission of:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National ID (NID), valid passport, or government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account confirming ownership of the mobile wallet used for deposits.

Account credentials — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. jitaee will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, provided jitaee has acted in good faith on instructions given using valid credentials. jitaee reserves the right to decline any registration application, suspend any account, or request additional verification documents at any time without being required to provide a specific reason, where it deems this necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, comply with applicable guidelines, or safeguard other players.

All financial transactions on jitaee are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jitaee does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank) may apply their own transaction charges independent of jitaee.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jitaee BDT wallet are credited promptly upon confirmation from your chosen payment network. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated by jitaee from time to time. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless an alternative has been pre-approved by jitaee's finance team.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during normal operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• jitaee reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional information is required.

Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting jitaee's support team is a breach of these Terms. jitaee will contest any chargeback it believes to be fraudulent or in bad faith, and may suspend or permanently close accounts where a chargeback is filed. Any account balance may be withheld pending resolution of a disputed transaction.

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet). jitaee may apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after appropriate notice. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

jitaee offers a range of bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotional events to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of each offer. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer only.

The following general principles apply to all jitaee bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; any unmet bonus balance expires at the end of the validity window.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages. The game contribution table is published in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Household / Device: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. jitaee may void bonuses and associated winnings if it detects coordinated multi-account bonus abuse.
• Seasonal Promotions: jitaee aligns certain bonus events with key Bangladesh occasions including BPL season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Independence Day (26 March), and Victory Day (16 December). Seasonal bonus terms will be published in advance of each promotional window.
• Bonus Withdrawal: Players may opt out of a bonus at any time by contacting support; however, any winnings accrued from bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon opt-out.

jitaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modification does not retroactively disadvantage players who have already commenced meeting wagering requirements in good faith. jitaee's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and promotion disputes is final.

All games available on the jitaee platform are supplied by licensed and certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules as provided by the game supplier; these rules are accessible within the game interface and take precedence over any general description provided on jitaee's website.

jitaee does not develop, host, or modify the random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics underpinning any game. All RNG-based games use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested for fairness. Live casino games broadcast from certified Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are subject to their own independent oversight and testing regimes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded in jitaee's server logs, the server-side record shall be the authoritative and binding result for settlement purposes. Technical malfunctions — including disconnections, display errors, or game client crashes — do not entitle a player to a refund of a placed bet unless jitaee's technical review confirms that the bet was not validly placed or that a server-side error affected the outcome.

Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player. Bets in progress at the time of a scheduled platform maintenance window will be settled in accordance with standard settlement rules; jitaee will notify players in advance of any scheduled downtime via the platform dashboard.

Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum single-event payout limits apply across jitaee's game sections. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in each game's terms and in the player account dashboard. jitaee reserves the right to apply these limits as a ceiling on any single win event, regardless of the theoretical maximum displayed within a game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitaee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one jitaee account, whether in your own name, under aliases, or using third-party identities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering strategies, matched betting via multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of bonus terms.
• Money Laundering: Using jitaee's deposit and withdrawal system as a mechanism to layer, integrate, or conceal the proceeds of unlawful activity. jitaee is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Providing false identification documents, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or filing fraudulent payment disputes against jitaee.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players, live dealer staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker variants or exploiting live dealer human error.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, exploit scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with jitaee games or place bets. This applies to all game categories including slots, sports betting, and live casino.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the jitaee platform through means not authorised by jitaee, including attempting to access other players' accounts, exploiting security vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineering platform code.
• Third-Party Account Usage: Allowing another individual to deposit, play, or withdraw on your behalf, or playing on behalf of another individual using their account credentials.

jitaee employs risk management and fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all game sections and financial transactions. Players under investigation for prohibited conduct may have their accounts temporarily restricted while the review is conducted. jitaee will not disclose the specific parameters of its fraud detection systems.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the permanent closure of their jitaee account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawal requests and any forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months, or request permanent self-exclusion, directly from the responsible gaming section of the account dashboard. During a self-exclusion period, login access is suspended, all marketing communications are paused, and any active bonus balances are cancelled. jitaee-Initiated Closure: jitaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 07.
• Receipt of a chargeback or confirmed fraudulent payment instruction associated with the account.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other lawful instruction requiring account closure or fund restriction.

Where an account is closed by jitaee due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in their entirety. jitaee will provide written notice of closure and the reason where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.

jitaee provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While jitaee takes all reasonable technical measures to ensure platform uptime, security, and the accuracy of game outcomes, jitaee does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaee and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and game provider partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jitaee platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Any loss arising from a game technical malfunction, server error, or network failure, beyond jitaee's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content, odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that originates from a third-party data provider.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or two-factor authentication codes.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jitaee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, jitaee's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the date of the relevant claim.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity. jitaee is not responsible for any financial loss you sustain as a result of gambling on the platform, provided that jitaee has operated the relevant games and settled the relevant bets in accordance with the published rules and these Terms.

jitaee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page at jitaee.com/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly alter player rights, financial conditions, or game participation rules — jitaee will provide advance notice of at least 14 days via a notice displayed on the platform dashboard and, where possible, via email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of jitaee following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account without penalty before the amendment takes effect, subject to the account closure procedure described in Section 08. After the effective date of any amendment, the previous version of the Terms is superseded in its entirety and no longer applies to your use of the platform.

jitaee's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of jitaee's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with jitaee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaee with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.
